We operate across the United Kingdom as a music industry technology and services group across three brands: Signal Suite, Signal Marketing, and Shout Demo Locker. This policy describes how Zouridis Music Ltd and its brands collect, use, and protect personal information.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Zouridis Music Ltd is the data controller for personal information processed through this website and through Signal Marketing engagements.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus the period required by law (typically six years for accounting records in the United Kingdom). Marketing campaign data is deleted within twelve months of campaign close unless you have an active relationship with us.

Our service providers are based in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to provide an appropriate level of protection.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
